Baigan (Eggplant) wo mashor sabzi hai jo duniya bhar me salan ya curry banakar istemal kiya jata hai. Baigan ko aksar alo, arvi, gosht waghera ke saath banaya jatha hai aur sirf saada paka kar bhi khaya jata hai. English me baigan ko Eggplant ya brinjal bhi kaha jata hai.
Kaha jata hai ke baigan sabziyon ka raja hai aur iske sar par taaj hai jistarah iski tareef ki jati hai bilkul usi tarah iska salan bhi bahut hi mazedar banta hai aur behad lazeez hota hai.
