Fruit as Diet and Medicine | Phal bataor e ghiza aur dawa |

Jaisa ke humne pehle ke posts me batlaya ke sabziyan insan ki natural ghiza food hae usi tarah se phal (fruits) bhi insan ki natural aur qudrati ghiza(food) hae. 

Insan agar ahtiyat ke saath is natural food "fruits"  ko lagataar istemal kare to koi bimari uske paas nahi aaegi balke agar unnatural food ke istemal ki wajah se koi bimari paida bhi hogai hoto uska bhi fruits ke istemal se theek kiya jasakta hai. Jo shugar phalon me pai jati hai wo doosri qism ki sugars ke muqable me zyada mazedar aur jald hazam hone wali hoti hai aur jism ko paalne aur taqat dene me bahut faidemand hoti hai wo jism ko khaas kar ke energy aur taqat deti hain. 

Unnatural sugar sweets aur unnatural sweet drinks inka zyada istemal hamesha hi bura asar karta hai aur sehat ko bigad deti hai uske against fruits aur fruit juices me insani jism ke liye asli taqat aur quwwat hoti hai. 



Sugar ke ilawa kuch phalon me namak aur turshi bhi hoti hai unme Phosphorus bhi zyada hota hai ye sub se zyada taqatwar cheez hai. 

Jin logon ko khoon ki kharabi ki wajah se kamzori hajati hai unke liye phalon ka namak bahut mufeed hota hai unme jo turshi pai jati hai kisi bhi qism ki ho hamesha faidemand hi hoti hai aur kabhi nuqsan nahi deti. 

Surkh rang yani laal rang ke phalon me faulad zyada paya jata hai. Unme sulfur aur Phosphorus bhi pae jate hain. 

Agar insan is qism ke phalon fruits ka khoob istemal kare badan ka khoon saaf paida hota hai. Aur unke istemal se aksar bimariyon ka ilaj bhi hojata hai.
